O Come Let Us Adore Him [post #3]

[For Jesus] is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.

He is also head of the body, the church;

and He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead,

Oh, Abba! You sent such a defenseless baby to earth, and entrusting 2 simple people to raise him. Yet, He was before everything, the firstborn of creation. My Savior, my Prince, holds everything together – EVEN ME on the most frustrating of days. Oh, Abba. I adore you. I adore Jesus. May Jesus be first in my heart on earth – as he will be when he returns for me. Thank you for this knowledge! Help me to remember and walk in truth.  In Jesus’ name…
